Daniel Edström,
of Krångede village in Ragunda parish, build this home in 1884.
The house is still standing. Daniel and his wife, Regina, had twelve
children.
Eleven of them emigrated to America but only one of them returned to
Sweden.
The other ten children settled in Sandstone, Minnesota. Unfortunately,
one son,
his wife and their children, died in a huge prarie fire, in 1896.
